busy in the workshop putting 4 hogs together...


Here you can see the mdf side panel jig...


and the routing ...


I ed around with the design a bit at the top, to get enough space for a couple of handles..


Finally getting there...




All 4 with the modified HDs.. Just some mt121s to go




Fisrt sound check today. Sounding very good. Matrix powered. 
V-18-1000, Kappa Pro LF2, PD123er & BMS4554 + XT1464
xp5k, 2x ukp2100 & ukp1300

Many Thanks to Staiper, Andy & Rog + my missus for understanding (sometimes)

remember to drill/t nut the holes for the wheels before you put the last panel on

I thought I was abit anal for routering my bracing etc!

I've decided not to have castors on the back panel. They were always trouble on my Double 18 reflexes when stacking in the truck.
So I'm going for couple of dedicated castor boards that can also be used for the rest of the stack. Although I'm still not sure if this is the right way to go.
