Hey staiper, i know this is off-topic but your PM inbox is full and i didn't want to start a new thread. I was just looking through the pics on your msn group and found the plan for the m112, I'm currently about to build a pair of 12+1 mid-tops and was just checking that it's ok to use these plans as this seem to be just what I'm looking for (good cab but fairly easy to build as my woodworking skills aren't all that great).

thanks, Alex

p.s if i can use them i'll post a full set of build pics for them.

Will RCF 18P300 work in this box?

Hvala za dizajn Stipe.

Marjan

the only way I see it is that you will have to build a prototipe to find that out

all my attempts to model this contraption have failed, and after I heared Rog say that he can't model it right either, I gave up completely.

in my mind I know it should work but can not proove in any way without a measured response

Hello,

L18P300 .. in sim. seems that would work very well.

Booth PD1850 and V18-1200 are suitable for this cabinet.

PD1850 will give a bit more aggressive "dryer" sound than other two noted in post .. all sim. prediction.

As Mircea says ; in my mind I know it should work but can not proove in any way without a measured response ;)

@ supasniper  ..Freely use those plans (M112). Even there all angles are 90 or 45 degrees it is good to cut it on good saw table .. 45 degree angles cut by hand-circular saw tend to be not perfect which greatly complicates further assembling.

….in hurry bye

Stipe

What about the V18-1000 ? as the V18-1200 seems to be not available in UK.

Hi,

V18-1000 is very close to PD1850. Will fit (even grooves on panels "J" & "B" are not required if panels and speaker cutout is positioned precse as required) ..but you will lose some LF extencion (under35Hz) in comparison with V18-1200 or L18P300.

Best wishes,
            Stipe

I'm lovin' that design staiper! Its the best i've seen on this forum in a long time!

I'll probably build a pair for fun in the summer, do some outdoor parties with them...can you smell that barbecue...

And i'll have a spare pair of PD186's to load them with, hmmm, this is gonna be fun!
