Usually you put subs under kick/midbass (that would be your w bin) so that midbass couples better with midtops; this will also make for a better stack height probably.
with 1200 wide why don't look at two subs? 600, 636 or 570 mm are common widths and you will find many plans.
classic sccops or hogs, th18s, bandpasses... a lot will fit. maybe look into what sounds that you like use, or what's more common for your genres.

i would just as my w bin is only single 18 if i put two single 18 on top it would be unbalanced just the wbin i have got is soo deep that cabs in my price range dont fit under its a tricky one and i alredy have some hd 15s i was thinking like a x1 letter box sub but even then its not wide enough

It might help people suggesting plans if you tell us what frequency range the w bin is playing and what frequency you want this other bin to cover.

If you already have HD15s then you really do not need the W bin as kick. Perhaps the better direction would be to sell the W bin and use the funds to source a new sub. A full size scoop maybe. Depending on the chassis you have loaded in it you may even be able to reuse it.

Looking at the size of that W bin tho, it strikes me that it is probably and old Court W Bin. Iirc these bins were capable of producing some good bass around 45hz or so. Have you tried playing them on bass frequencies. Maybe give it a go, using the HDs as kick and see how it goes. it could at least be a stop gap until you manage to replace it with a new sub.

Jo bg is suggesting that you have the 2 single subs side by side under the W bin.

I am already running my wbin as bass 40-80hz or 70 im not sure and i really would like two have two as i really like w bins. i think if i recall alienwaresounds had some but they wont even reply on instagram they are the only other people i have seen with my w bin.
apparently they used to be installed at wembely but am not two sure i know they got replaced and split up and sold.

and the court w bin is a 2x15" not a single 18" or am i thinking of a diffrent cab

plus i also dont have room for two other 18 inch cabs i will just be able to squeeze another w bin

A “w” bin (Without extensions) would not be able to get anywhere near 40 Hz used singly (physics - Horn to short and mouth to small!!), 60 Hz would be about their lower limit, with a stack of 4 to 6 you should be able to hit 40.  I have the plots for the Eminence designs, the fane design and several other w bins and they all drop like a stone below 60Hz when just one is used.

The Eminence double 15” plot is 16dB down at 40Hz, the Single 18” is a little better at 12dB down and the fane double 15” design is 16dB down at 40Hz

I see you've edited this to now say "it needs to go ON a w-bin" instead of under.

You've left this as "UNDER"

It's all very confusing as to exactly what you want especially as you are now saying that you already use the w-bin from 40-70 or 80 hz and would like another one.

If you just wanted another w-bin why didn't you just say so? there are enough w-bin plans about out there. When I referred to the 18" w-bins as Courts it was more to do with the size, looks and style rather than them having to be definitely Courts. This IS going back a while now.

I think you need to reassess exactly what you want and post up again so that people can advise you properly.

I am not sure what you mean by  ("without extensions") but I would submit that the Void Stasys XV2 is a w-bin in the old Courts style and Void are claiming 30-180hz +-3db.
