Been trying to contact them via email and phone for a week now, and can't get through to anyone? Need service parts fairly quick!!! 

Alternatively, where can I get a cross fader for an fsm-400 mixer? Labeled ALPS 504C 50KBX2

Well they were alive earlier this year and that's all I can say.

Looks like a dual 50k linear dual taper pot by the name of it. Is it a vertical mount double? Possibly RK09 series?

Edit, durr you said fader. The only hits I am finding for dual 50k linear alps pots are in the US and other countries. Not much help. Specialist DJ type shops that sell Penny & Giles type fader upgrades might be worth a poke. How broken is it?

Something's been dropped on it so one side works ok but any pressure and it goes open circuit. Had a hunt myself can't find anything. Need a plastic cap for it too which is a formula thing. Will keep trying...

The most recent post on the Formula Sound facebook page is November 2017. Says to email them as the facebook page will not be monitored.

The one reply to this message asks them to check their emails.

I hope that the company is still trading as they do make high quality equipment.

Yes they are, but they took on the mess of SuperStereo last year and are inundated with crap from that I assume. Probably best to call them.

General update, I got through eventually with a direct contact address. Once contact was made the parts required were quoted in no time at all, dispatched same day and arrived the next morning. Really brilliant service, pioneer could learn something from them.... Direct and gets the job done.

Pioneer could learn how? We order parts from the online portal and fair, they take a week, but they ship from Japan.
