ply would be good if you want to go with Tekasis's idea and only glue one side down, leaving the other to be unscrewed allowing you to change things as and when you wish

To be honest, took 90% of my brain cells to get it this far. I think it takes building experience to do a decent cutsheet.

Was hoping builder/CAD genius like yourself might help out.

CAD support is no problem,  3d visualisations too.  Rates start from around £20 per hour depending on how precise your input parameters are and what quality of output your looking for.  if you need an 'estimate' let me know

EDIT:  if you put another drawing up with all the angles marked on it clearly you may get away with not doing a cut sheet.  this may be easier for you as you already have a rough drawing

Possibility, but short of time so may get the builder to gimme cut list for posting.

I'm most likely gonna get proto glued and screwed,As I "think" the only tuning needed for different drivers will be length of rear bafle.

it is your choice, but if you go back to your drawing package and check the flare along the first 180 degree bend i think you will find that the flare rate is wrong and doesnt expand like it should.

Well, the drawing is here to be discussed/corrected.

What do you propose the correct widths around the first bend should be?

Have you tried Google SketchUp ?It's a great freeware that will help you draw and see in 3d your box.it'seasy as paint, and when you have finished your model you can download the "Pro version" (8 hour trial) and export your drawing to Autocad for further tweakings...
