Do you know for sure? It doesn't cost much buy a low cost TA2020 amp to test it.

Idle consumption invariably goes up and low power level efficiency inavariably drops with increases potential output.

If you're searching for low cost then there's Sure amps. They have many different models. Generally needs modding if high quality output is needed. For a slightly higher price and much better quality there's the classDaudio amps which are especially good at running subs.

I am in a similar situation, trying to decide between the TA2020 and Sure TSA5613.  Also think ill need the power of the Sure but not sure if ill get enough battery life out of it on 24v7ah.
