Where are you? Have you got your own sound system?

I'm in Didsbury.

Soundsystem, well kind of. I'm rebuilding my stuff after moving back from France and I co-own some stuff that stayed in the UK all the while I was away.

Right now I've got all the gubbins but no boxes (got shut of the cabs but kept everything else).

Cant go wrong with building cubo's for a first project imo having built the 15 and the kick in the past.

Happy to offer a hand / advice if I can with any building

12" "hogs" are a waste of time and material.. decide how low you wanna play, budget and real world use - i hazard a guess, 2-4 simple, well designed and loaded 18" reflex cabs will turn out to be the most compact, lightweight and versatile cab for small scale needs anytime unless you dont need any significant output below 45ish hz..
