Here's a little build i did over the Summer, mini reggae stack and Crown VZ5000.

Components are:

Scoops: 2 x Tangband 3" w3-1876s with high excursion 6.5" passive radiator
Bass/high: 2 x 3" Faital pro 3FE22
High: 2 x Dayton audio ND16fa
Amps: Accusafe Bassamp20 (scoops), Maxamp20 (Mid/high)

Sounds really good, nice to have independent level control for bass/high. Those little Tangbands need some juice but really put out some decent bass.

To give you a sense of scale the whole stack is just 45cm tall!

Agreed Jon.  I did a quick tot-up of the cost of KBW's drivers, and it does amount to a fair bit to build a stereo stack for hifi use, but certianly not beyond reach.

By the way, found some good reviews of his 'mini-scoop' driver too.

Be seeing you.
