no offense but didn't the HD15 design originate from the old turbosound bin? They have always looked like a slightly wider version of the TSE-115 to me!

I like to think it was inspired by another design Davey.

I designed the HD15 many years ago and liked the look of the curved front. I had not at the time of designing the HD 15 and have never seen inside one of the TSE 115's or any other bin with a curved front. I designed the bin using a calculator and formulars as there were no programs back then. If it ended up looking the same as a TSE 115 inside then that because that was what was needed for it to work the best.

Can someone send me a pic of the inside of a TSE 115 or tell me if the dimensions are the same inside. So is the throat area the same and front chamber voulme the same etc.

Pretty simmilar inside i wound imagine as there aren't too many ways of fitting a 15" driver in such a small box.

The reason that i've mentioned it is because the choice of making the height and length dimentions 578mm on the hd15s just seems too much of a coincidence for there to not be some kind of connection between the two.

got ours out for the first time in 2 years for a small gig to blow the cobwebs off. Still sounding great after all this time!
