yes it is a B&C 18 tested with a eminence oem 18 this speaker coming with a 218 cabinet showing on the back of the sound  the sound is good but when get max volume the speaker pop a little

Ughh... that is not good. That means that you have to tune the boxes a bit higher. The voice coil is hitting the back plate on the magnet structure and avoid that at all cause. Dont drive them too loud you are reaching the damaging amount of excursion of the speaker.
Are you using any HP filter?

if hp filter is a crossover  I set it to 100hz I tested with eminence speakers but really the box are made for peavey lowriders  I going to buy and test that speakers

HP filter is a device that cuts the very low frequencies. It should be set at around 38-40Hz for your boxes.

What crossover are you using?

   my crossover is a peavey PV35XO
I will get it down to 40 hz and see how it perform.

With your crossover you can only set a Low Pass Filter. It does not have a High Pass filter.

ok marjanm I use the crossover only for subs I have 4 jbl on tops and drive it with  two amps I use one amp for each pair of speakers.

I understand what are you saying, but it is obvious that your boxes are tuned lower than the resonant frequency of the driver and the box is unloading the driver too early. That is why you must use higher high pass filter (which you dont have).

Get your self some DSP unit. Behringer dcx2496 will be just fine and it is not expensive.
