Perhaps you could make some ASS Glasses? ;)

Would it be rude to enquire as to the price range of these? Too early?

Very nice looking cabs. Waiting for the heavy-weight sun glasses.... :)

the woodwork/unfinished cab is sexy.

the finish is seriously ugly [in my grumble opinion].

But whatever suits your needs i guess, i can see plenty of venues loving them. Personally i like things to hide away and just be heard [hence i am one of the few who prefer Fk1 in black with foamed grills....].

anyways... sounds good so far!

Glittertastic Smashy, I like it as something different and the shape is interesting. Look forward to the finished items.

Passive or active?

Im guessing passive, which isn't ideal for DJ monitors.

I am sure they will sound as good as they look though Tony Smile

why is active ideal for DJ monitors? i think otherwise, more cable runs on stage, settings open to fiddly fingers, etc.

Not my favourite personally.

If they are run actively through 4core, everyone is happy!

You'd need a seriously strong nose to hold up a pair of ASS glasses, they'd be made out of 2 inch thick ply

I won't be making these cabs for sale. I just wanted something that no one else has got. They are really expensive to produce. The speakers are B and C 15NW76 and DE950 compression Drivers. I have always done passives for DJ monitors, so this one will my usual with adjustments to suit, because I'm using different components in these compared to my normal ones. The idea was to make a lighter cab. My normal Monitors have  15PZB100 and a DE85's, so very heavy.

This is the first time I've used the stuff, I will be happy with anything that looks remotely like silver metal flake. The inside of my paint shop is starting to look like it's made of Granite, everywhere I look, things are starting to sparkle.

i have a question, since you use b&C components, why not coaxial 12" or 15"?
