Someone was going on about this a few years ago , people using T-18s or something , who cares what everyone else is using really..

Jamaica is the origin of reggae sound systems, so suprising they don't use scoops anymore.

May be due to Dancehall being more popular than heavy dub.

Whatever the reason, would be more interested in the reasons for the shift, as opposed to what everyone uses.

bloody hell lol no scoops no record pressing any more watt next ?? such a shame were the buitifull sounds of shuffle.boggie woggie to ska rocksteady reggae dub ect.. from the ghetto streets of kingston...so watt next no music LOL...will it all be from europe.....

Some people over here already trying stop dub man importing chinese heavy amp, so maybe tax on transformer amp and 18" drivers is next. LOL

Man as a jamaican stick to your scoop i think its the T-18s they using in jamaica now and i heard most people say they dont work very well. If the scoop play best the dont change it dont watch what what every one else is using. most of the jamaican sounds just follow what other sounds use trust me if STONE LOVE change back to scoop tomorrow then everuyone will change back aswell
