Very nice work man, very nice indeed! out of curiosity, how are you painting the cabs, and what with? tuffcab? I am only asking as I have tried using pressure pot system with really inconsistent results, I wondered whether this is sprayed or rolled, and if so what is the type of roller that you are using? Cheers man... and Happy New Year!
The doctor recons I'm paranoid... well he didn't say it exactly, but I just knew the bastard was thinking it!

Duratex is the stuff.
I use a little blue foam roller.
A little secret......
In the shade , paint only one panel or section at a time.
By the time you spread it out , you let it tac up a bit .
Then dry roll the 2nd and third coats only !

Whow some really nice builds!

Two things keep popping up in my head:
-What ply is that? I don't know if you have different types over there. But is sure looks more like 7 layer cheap pine ply than 13 layer void free birch ply. But that really wouldn't be worth the efford or the driver or the paint! It's only usable for testing & if anything then smaler enclosures in my opinion

-Really nice with a build going down low!!!! But i feel sorry for the empty space in the middle, think about all the little air molecules in there not being shaked.

I've been using the arucco Ply, with has less voids than the birtch ive seen over here but is a bit heavier.
It is exterior rated , does not delaminate ! Left it uncovered in the rain for weeks?
I did a little poking around a couple years ago, It's north American yellow pine ACX
Actually very hard , seems as hard as the birtch I get from the same place !
The glue on the birtch I can get is reddish and chips easily , the arucco wood does not?
Im not so sold on the local birtch , but I do like the arucco = ) I also like the exterior rating, gets a bit Misty on the beach here....

I used duratex on my cubos and for the life of me I couldn't get the roller marks out.  Here's a pic, you think it is because I didn't let it dry enough between the last coats?
