Really - No.
It is an 8 ohm driver so make it 2.83 volts and then if you want to know what it will be with a multiple stack go to Tools > Multiple Speakers and input the desired stack size.

Your 1w1m in HR is on par with the given 98.5
spec. I get right at 100 db at 30 Hz with your data. 

I compared 2 of these with a
single Dual 21" B&C (Th221 Clone I did) and it is close. They share the same MAX SPL +/- 1DB but the TH221 Clone goes lower (18 Hz = 126 DB) THOUGH the TH221 is bigger...

I still run the problem of the fact the driver is $500 bucks (US)
and I can build about 4 SS15 TH's for the price of one of those. We are talking 10 plus DB more for the same buck. Though cut off on the SS15 is 33Hz not 20.
