Thats Birky from Earth Rocker sound in Huddersfield operating the telephone exchange. The Wood electronics amps were made in Huddersfield too. Birky still makes boxes, but is based in Dunstable now, you may know him as 'Steve B'.

Yes Dub Specialist, this takes me back to school days  Our 1st sound machine back in 1986, a school built soundsystem, one of the "man dem" in the sound had this same unit.................. @ the time one of the best pieces of equipment on the sound!! upto this day, we cant even play the machine without a "noise box", it just doesn't feel right........Respect...............

The Glipro se908 effects unit appears on several sites for sale, havent seen one in the uk however, I have emailed Glipro for some audio, fingers crossed. Anyone familiar with this effects unit or Glipro? |
