Has anyone tried Ronseal Isoflex Liquid Rubber to coat their boxes?

I may try some unless anyone has had any bad experiences.

considered it but eventually went for protectakote. Mixed results so I'd be interested to know how you get on if you go for it.

Protectakote is awful stuff, you can't get an even finish.

I managed a nice even coverage after four coats but you are right, it's awful stuff Dead.  With that said, it appears to be very, very durable.  I applied some to a test scrap (not my monitors!!!Smile) and beat it with a hammer when it was dry.  Wood underneath became mangled long before there was a mark on the protectakote.
