I'm wanting a reflex box for a Pd1550 , to play from 80hz to about 200hz
when i model it in win isd (with one port) the best enclosure size seems bout 40 litres? But the recommended size (according to precision devices) is 80l to 200l????
I've double check all the parameters heapz of times...
any ideas anyone?
many thanks in advance!

80-200l is stated for a real bass cab playing down to 40hz...
if you only need it to play from 80hz up then of course size can be reduced. (you could even use a sealed cab to reach 80hz lowcut freq.) |
