Can I put PD 123ER's in an X12? Just a thought as they handle more power, and go up to 5K, avoiding splitting the vocal range. |

You could, but it won't allow you to raise the crossover that
much. As you've got two mid drivers you need to get the crossover
to the highs as low as possible to avoid phasing problems between the
lower 12" and the high section. I'd be aiming for a 1k2 crossover
point probably.
