Has anyone tried this amp yet?

Have they sorted the problem on the XE series when running subs as they claim with the new U series?

Yes. But we did not have "sub problems" with the XE series :-)

Goes deeper on low frequencies than the XE6000 and feels stronger.
it needs that few proper speakers where this power advantage appear,
most of average boxes are more than happy with XE6000.

Viktor, i own the XE6000. I do not have a problem, but when you put it side by side with Crown iTech, or Powersoft, or Labgruppen, then you realize that something is missing. It does not go low enough.
XE6000 is actually underpowering my subs, they are nothing like the most of the subs, 3600W AES 7200W program.
So XE10000 would be much better, but only if it delivers the low frequencies better then XE6000.
I need firm info. I dont want to throw the money and get a stronger XE6000. That is not what i need and it will be a waste of money.

To be honest i like the buid quality and the sound of the PKN more then the Powersoft. I have some Powersoft amps and modules too. Just would like the PKN to drop lower then the XE6000 does.

If you want to see the linearity in freq of his little brother 2500, you can wath this from around min 4:

Tested under 20Hz, and even lower.

His limiter and general freq response are better than Powersoft's, I measured on output x2 channels on 4 R dummy, around 980-1030Watts per channel between 20Hz and 100Hz.

Leco, XD and XE amps do not sound same. The voltage limiter in the XE series is limiting the low end too much.
