I have 4 Cerwin Vega L36 speakers and would like to replace the woofers for loudes possible. what do you recommend?

The Cerwin Vega 18 in the Cerwin Vega L 36 was designed for the Cerwin Vega L 36 so, you will not find a better driver than the original driver made for the L 36. If the cabinets are not loud enough, it is either your amplifier is not powerful enough or, you are asking too much from four boxes.
