Hi everyone,

I have a crest 8001 amplifier (around 20 years old). It was working fine the last time I used in and has been in storage.

I did notice the clip light came on earlier on channel two (powering 1 x 186 es18), before channel 1 (1x186 hog)

Channel 2 is down, as soon as I power it up the clip lights/temp dc lights come on. The caps probably need replacing.

Does anyone know how much roughly it would cost for a fix and whether it is worth it?

Also how much would the current amp be worth?

Is there anyone around Leeds that knows about these amps?
