I have a DB tech active system and one bass amp seems to turn on then cut out after two seconds. Assume it's the amp not the drivers since it powers down fans stop and just leaves a flashing light. Does anyone know where I can get another, it's a rebranded RCF unit I believe.

i think youd have to find a dealer, but might be worth sending it in to someone like kev edwards to see if its fixable

Very good point. Strange as it's an amp module rather than an amp fixing it didn't even cross my mind.

Anyone on here willing to take a look for me? (At whatever is the going rate of cpurse)

Still looking for someone to have a look at this amp module for me. Can anyone help? Or suggest a person for company who can.

Has anyone any experience with these? I'm assuming they are RCF units in essence.

I think somebody once mentioned on here that it was strangely Matrix Amplification who actually fixed one of these units for them.
Although I wouldn't be surprised if it was actually these guys who fixed it:

As I understand these are based at the same site as Matrix and handle some of the repairs for them.
Worth a try i'd say.

Thanks in theory it is Amp Man I think, but they wont even reply to emails which is pretty poor.

I'll try Discofix and Matrix thanks very much :)
