I have decided to design and build a bass horn from scratch inspired by the Terrahorn. Will be using the void driver because of its parameters, fair price and there fairly common. Don't plan on tuning it as low as the terrahorn with the low cut off being around 37Hz. It will be a hyperbolic flare type being completely curved with as little folds as possible, in my opinion curved bass bins have the best sound.

This is my first time attempting to deisgn a cabinet prior to this have only followed plans so any advice along the way would be appreciated. Will be adding entries as different stages are completed.

Currently still running simulations in hornresp confused about how to tell the program that the driver is mounted at the throat of the horn but offset.

Hopefully won't be long until its ready for construction and soundtesting.

Regarding the offset driver:
Do a double click on the "Nd" field and choose Offset Driver in the "Arrangement" field. 
After that S2 of the horn represents the throat and S1 is the area at the very start of your horn (most likely a little bit before the actual driver)

To my knowledge hornresp will not let you simulate a hyperbolic horn with an offset driver (OD). You will have to make the hyperbolic horn then use the hypex aproximator to create a segmented horn. 

Also, just in case you haven't figured it out (it took me way too long), to input a hyperbolic horn: empty the fields for s3-s5, so there is only data in the first row then click in segment length field and press the 'h' key. It will change to 'hyp' and you can then enter your T value in the 'T' field.

The offset driver setting did not work with the hyperbolic so just went ahead with the simulation anyway, with the idea to turn the throat chamber on its side so long as the volume is the same should this be a problem?

If by this, you mean you included the part of the horn taken up by the offest driver as the front chamber, I think this is fine, I have found that the graphs perfectly overlay in hornresp if you do this.

At a glance this looks good to me, would love to see the hornresp inputs, curious as to how big this horn is, what your T value is etc. Also you can embed the images in your post using [img]imageurl[/img], just makes for some easier viewing.

Okay cool feeling good about the project thank you for confrming my ideas and graph results. So first big mistake was realised when exporting the horn data,
the mouth was something like 240cm tall twise the height of most bass cabs so had to significantly reduce the mouth area which hasn't impacted results too bad.   

A method of modelling and folding the horn in 3D has been found http://www.centauriaudio.com.au/diy/hornfold.html This website has very good knowledge on audio including phase plugs.

Decided to go ahead with folding the horn in autocad without getting a second opinion on the sim graphs a little risky but im confident there okay. The folding
is now completed with one large sweeping 180 degree fold and a much smaller 160-70 degree at the throat in a spiral fashion and thats it. With the throat and rear
chamber in the centre with very little wasted space, quite pleased with how it turned out.

Next thing to try and find out is the volume the V18 takes up to determine the correct sized rear chamber. Autocads measure volume feature is pretty useful. Also
the daunting task of creating the panels and bracing around the horn as i'm finding the software quite hard to use although getting used to it now.

Regarding the throat chamber theres room to add one but if its unecessary then the box size can decrease a little bit.

Other information:
Compression ratio - 3:1
Horn Length - 3 Meters
HxLxW - 129 x 129 x 70  Its slightly wider than most bass cabs dont think this will be an issue.
Name - BH23
