Hey folks,

I've just acquired 3 (Timewarped) MXF400's from a cinema. I'd like to use two in 'bridge mode' for my Martin Audio ICT500's.

From what I've read these amps love a bit of abuse but would they cook without fans etc.

I'm happy with the icts not being ran out at 700w as we're
generally doing smaller gigs. Also they're only being ran as mid/tops not full range.
Cheers in advance
G

I think you'd have to knock up a little bridging preamp to run them as I think these amps have an unbalanced, ground-referenced line input, though that's just from memory. Happy to be corrected

As said above... if you're good with a soldering iron, http://sound-au.com/project14.htm" rel="nofollow - try this

Before bridging these I would check what output devices they have, There were several versions but if they have the H.pack mosfets, j82 and k226 you will not be able to replace these if you damage the module.
