Getting these for a good price, wanted to ask if it's a good idea.

My use is midbass (100-300Hz). My priority is sound quality not output.

Have - Powersoft K10/20,MC2 S1400,QSC RMX5050,Crown XLi 3500, like the QSC for sound quality, looking to see if the QSC can be improved upon with the V8, that's my main angle for considerin these.

Load is 8 ohms - stereo, as only one V8 is available. If there were 2 would do bridged. I've read Camco isn't good for 2 ohms, is this true even for midbass for the V8?

They told me the V6 and V8 has been discontinued? Can anyone confirm this?
