Subject: 18" scoops weird dimensions

i plan on buying two 18inch scoops but when i asked for the measurements, the guy gave me the following:

106x60x60 on height x depth x width in cm

they look like regular scoops but I am guessing that the boxes were once 15inch scoops were the hole has been enlarged??
Or does someone know 18" scoops or other builds with this kind of dimensions?

Thanks in advance!

So 2ft square, x 3.5ft deep?

I'd ask someone more au fait with scoop design, they sound like maybe a mini or midi scoop,

(Mini/midis are fine, long as Ur not buying em from Stephen Fill the thief, or Crystal Vibration, that is!!)

long as (and wait for someone more in the know) they're designed right. Any photos?

they're second hand so the quality is not fantastic, here is a picture:

they look fine, but the drivers look a bit large for the boxes...
what do you think?

They look fine to me? Drivers are mismatched and look a bit dated though, look a bit like an eminence wardrobe with the extra width.

No, they don't look fine at all...

Strongly suggest you forget all about these, and get some 18" Scoops, of a known design, so you can get more when needed.

you checked the file I sent? or is it just the picture you're looking at?
If I wanted to start with something more cheap, you don't think this is a good option?

Nah--Definitely not Mega or any other pro build for that matter--if you look closely you can see that the cabinet edges are sharp and have never been routered or rounded over.
I have seen better home made sheds than these!!!!!!!!
