Hi

I looking for mid-bas horn at this driver

The parameters for that driver indicate it is a low power car stereo woofer, not well suited for PA.

but maybe some type of horn will boost SPL. I know, that is no perfect speaker but i want have horn for party near to my home :)

Put the T/S-parameters in Hornresp and give it a spin. My guess would be that it turns out pretty big but usable.

i never work with Hornres and i don`t know how to use them :(
