General Forum - Conference work in London 14.03-15.03

I need to hire production company for small work.

Dates 14.03 - 15.03

Whats need it:

1.stage 4 x2m with dark blue carpet(carpet must be in very good condition) with staircase , if you can't provide blue carpet , just send quote without stage

2. 2 x TV's on stands , at least 75" each , connected together for presentation,

with ability to switch from logo to presentation

3. 1 x good wireless mic

4. 2 x speakers , (100 people to cover but spread around , so some 12" will do) , on stands plus mixer

5. 1 x lectern(podium) with good gooseneck mic

6 , 1 x table for mixer , plus laptop , etc...

7 . 1 x laptop

8 . delivery to W1B 1JA , setup , collection next day .

9. engineer on site 14.03 from 12pm-2pm , presentation is from 1pm-2pm and 15.03 11am -1pm ,presentation from 12pm-1pm
