I sent a load of stuff back and got refund with no quibbles. I got the impression they have quite an automated system though so maybe if something's gone wrong they are having 'computer says no' issues. |

I’m waiting for a replacement product after they sent the wrong one out. I’ve spoken to them and whilst they did action what I asked for, I got the impression that if I didn’t call them then they’d just not bother doing anything. It’s only been about 5 days so fingers crossed… ------------- blah blah blah blah blah...... |

They have been good to me lately. My card was playing up so had to make a transfer. Phones were answered quickly and things were sorted But that doesn't help you unfortunatly. ------------- In bass no one can hear you scream! |
