Im looking to connect police light in my system but im not sure what to do.
Its 12V so i have autobatery to power it but the light have wierd connector that i have never seen before. Should i cut the cable and look for positive and negative cable and soldier it to make it connect to baterry ?

tbh, i would crack it open and see what's connected to what inside.

trying to use that connector would be more trouble than it's worth

So, i did manage to open it and play with cables. a little, separatly i can power each light that means 4x flashing lights and 6x stropes. however i removed couple boxes from the middle because i was not sure what were they doing.

My next question is...
Flasihng lights are just OK as they are but for the strobes to be used on a gig i need them to flash, i come up with an idea to instal a switch on the cable but who wants to slam the switch every second right ? is there some machine that i can easily install to get the flashing ? how is it called and what are my options ?
