would two mt122's be a suitable choice of mid top for a rig consisting of four 18" superscoopers and 2 hd15???

also, are the mt122's meant to stand upright or can they be laid on their sides so they would be pointing up at a slight angle???

cheers guys

merry xmas!!!

That should be plenty for 2 scoops per side, but I'd rather go for Mt102's(only my personal choice).Better to leave them standing upright as u want the sound projected forwards and not really upwards.(unless ur playing to 9 foot basketball players of course)

Merry Xmas 2 u 2

the vertical array,is for horizontal dispersion. You can move left to right, without the drivers having different path lengths to your ear.

Note that in the vertical, the path lengths will change-but this matters less as people tend to not be 45* up or down relative to the speakers, but more often 45* left or right of them.

Having them horizontal will be detrimental to horizontal dispersion.[Comb filter attack]
