What do you want from it? high bass? low bass?
or a bit of both?

Looking at the drawing the length of he horn is to much for the mouth size
you could get away with a 1.5 mtr horn length i reckon, what length is that 1.8/9?

Would this design do it? Am i on the right track?

The height of the mouth would be 14", do u think this will be to tight??

Do you have to have that specific size?

doesnt have to be that size just thought it would be convenient carrying/storage n what not!

How much difference will it make if the mouth size is bigger/smaller?

Im guessing a tighter throat would be better for punchy bass and a larger throat be better for deep??? Confused

You'll need a bigger box.

Erm, well that box looks like a BigVentReflex to me rather than a horn really. So the opposite rule of thumb will apply, the larger the cross section of the port for a given length the higher the tuning will go.

So small port = deep tuning, large port = high tuning. If you want it really chunky it has to be loads longer to compensate.

yes hes right look at the expansion rate of that horn.... more like a port than a horn....
actualy as an aside where the bottom bend is youve actualy got negative expansion, will this area not also act as an extra rear chamber? so a sort of direct radiating bandpass.....
