Any of the members, especially the live giggers, used/use the Lexicon MX200 Dual reverb effects Processor ?
 I normally use an Alesis Microveb-4 but was wondering if I'd gain much by changing over to a dual one instead of having 2 separate ones.
It's ony for use on a send/return on a mixer/pre-amp.

| Haven't used that model but in general you can't really fault Lexicon effects units. All depends whether it does what you want, it'll sound far superior to the Alesis. |

It`s a good cheap versatile reverb / delay? Can`t fault it really?

| yep, I don't like the reverbs on the TC for proper use on vocals etc but as an effect coupled with delay it has some nice sounds. |

It's a cheaper Lexicon so not as nice as some of the really posh ones, but will still be good. If you want more obvious 'reverb as an effect' and other more weirder FX (usually better delays as well) get a tc If you want more realistic 'in an acoustic space' type reverbs to glue your mix together get a Lexicon. To be extra versatile have one of each. And a d2 for delays  |

| Features wise that D2 has always appeared to be the ultimate delay, but what odes it actually sound like?? Is it very digital, can you achieve a variety of sounds or is it as bit samey? |

It's bloody brilliant. Sound wise not quite as good as a proper Echoplex or whatever but pretty close, and a LOT more features... like the feedback rhythm tapping thing I mentioned, well easy to get really creative. I use it to mix several live bands I work for. If you've used any tc before, it's just as user friendly, but focused entirely on delays! (which to me is a very very good thing  ) |

| Thanks for the comments Sam, yes, it's a fairly unique bit of kit being pure delay, and they seem to be holding their price, but one day I'll hopefully get my hands on one to play with. |

I use the Lexicon Mx200. It is great processor to give massive reverb. I have great video about this reverb. But I need to add it to youtube and I`ll be soon do it.
