rebuilding my current system from scratch over the summer....I intend to replace my pd186 loaded scoops with either HOGs or Startecs Super Bass Horn and most likely will get hold of V-1000s or 1850s to sit in these.....with the 4 pd186 I intend to address the current lack of decent mid bass and I was wondering whether to go for the obvious G-subs or the USB beasts (which look hard to resist).... I will mainly be playing the usual dub, roots, dubstep, dnb etc. but I am keen to keep the rig as flexible as possible as I have a fair few mates who play techno, breakcore etc...and it keep my options open in terms of 'hireability' (dont think thats actually a word)  Just wondering if anyone has had a chance to hear both and has any opinion on which would provide the perfect home for my 186s |
