hi.
first of all i would take brace A and both of brace B and make shore they are a snug fit when you put them in place in the cab then i myself would glue and screw one of the B braces in the correct place.
then i would glue and screw brace A (i would just glue and screw brace A through the back panel) then glue and screw the second brace B. i would only use glue to join where brace A and B meet in the centre of the cab.
done.
i hope ive made sence and it helps

How important are the braces? Without them I could slot my midtops inside for easy transport..

Very important in my opinion. In simple terms they stop the cabinet from flexing or to put it another way, make the cab more solid.

Sorry for the bump, but I appreciate doing this! I'm going to be building me a couple of these for my DJ business and I didn't want to fiddle around with cutout sheets. What are the two cutouts labeled "Part" for though?

I think it's supposed to say "Port", but the pic's a bit blurry. The bigger ones form the port and the smaller (120 x 193 mm) are port braces.

they both say port but the text i used did come out blurry sorry. the two that say port are both parts that make the port.
picture the G-SUB port as a oblong tunnel. 2x 193x500 and 2x 120x193 will make one gsub port.!

Hey we started building to this cut sheet yesterday and have had a few problems with sizes...
I have measured all the sheets and they match this cutsheet so we havent cut it wrongly...
The baffle is too short we found that it needs to be 490mm wide by 500mm high.
Brace B are all too long they should be 500 unless you want them poking out the top of the box...
4xBrace C is too short to reach all the way across the box we had to cut another piece to fit in.
Mabye there we have not read this informationg right im not sure plesae feel free to rip this comment apart just don't want others to do the same as us and waste wood...

My bad just realised that the baffle is right size we didnt put the sides of the ports in when we put it together to see how it goes... thank that wasnt us putting it togetrher...
but Brace B and C are still funny... anyone else have that trouble?

This is a great design and will be my very first build. I don't know why but I cannot read anything on the cut list. I don't have a computer right now and I'm using my Android to view this. I guess it's that but I gotta figure it out. Thanks so much to the person that made this cut sheet. It's VERY helpful. -Geek-

Dub stop talking to your self
I've tried to work it out I think I understand some of what you did, you can give me the external dimensions of your box if you want and the meterial thickness and I can work out the litre box you have and compare it to the original I think your box dimensions are slightly smaller than the original plan,
A lot of people seem to not add the side parts of the port making the port 36mm wider I don't know why they do this

haha tell me about it Rus haha
i think ive got it now , what it is when i zoomed into the plan, i realised some put them ports shelfs on the inside of the baffle and some put it on the outside
thus making the baffle dimesions a little size different, not the over all box dimensions of 1136
correct?
cheers rus

Yes the plan says to put the baffle butting up against the side of the port,
It's difficult for me to work it all out as I'm on a mobile phone with a small screen
