Anyway, if anybody fancies checking it to make sure that I haven't made a mistake and passing it on then feel free but I think its correct.

Hi and welcome.

Have another look at the plan and you'll see that the 197 x 600 panel actually needs to be longer than 197 on account of the angled ends. I haven't checked any of your other measurements. remember measure twice cut once.

Its a good idea to get all the 600's cut at once (ie without the saw / fence set up being changed) so they're all the same even if they're not exactly 600.

Homebase MDF is £20 a sheet more than B&Q trade centre. My local HB wants £35, B7Q Sowton (a big trade one) £15. Home Base are ******

you could buy some plans (with cutsheets) for speakers that are louder than anything else that has ever exisited, exists or will ever exist (except for later versions) at  http://leateam.ytmnd.com/ - billfitzmaurice.com

i can swear those cut lengths are the overall size of the panels after the mitres have been added. correct me if im wrong but if they are then you REALLY dont want to be getting those lengths cut as you will want to leave at least 20mm tolerance for each mitre that needs to be cut. Thumbs Up

after looking back over the printed plan i have at home (as im just drawing out the plan onto one of the side panels of my next 1850, it turns out that they are the finished length and i must stress DO NOT get these legnth cut unless its being done by a CNC machine and is having the mitres cut at the same time.  i just hope you havent already made your journey to the diy store..... ! :)
