hi

i'm thinking about building a x15 style cabinet with low budget, using woofers & drivers i have at home and with the goal to use a pair of them at free parties

comp driver is b&c de250 and woofer is

sonora 830 would play 65hz to 2khz and above i would put the de250...
is that too high xover point for a 15"?
de250 would go lower than 2khz but i dont wanna put too much stress on the driver...

Yeah that's too high for a 15 to sound nice, 1.2k is around where i would bring a comp/mid in

15+1 generally doesn't work for this reason

4 ohms is for wimps
