It does make you wonder what the sales would have been like without this cab design.

What other drivers sales have been significantly increased because of published DIY cabs I wonder?

Rog must have helped sales of P.Audio in the UK at one time you would have thought.

I'd have thought the 1850 plan boosted p audios sales hugely. I've seen so many of those horns kicking about (pun not intended). not sure how many are actually loaded with 1850's though. Same goes for the HD15

the lab12 was designed explicitly for the lab sub by eminence at the request of tom danley.

yeah it is.. they designed the sub, and came up with specs for a driver for it.. and got eminence to make it.

I would have thought Precision Devices probably did better out of the 1850 design.

Yup..

Would have thought most UK 1850 horns were either PD or Void Loaded.

precision devices + scoop nutters = lots of income 

only thing is, they overengineer them so well that they keep going for years! - no built in obselecence LOL
