I believe the t12 is a trapezoidal cab and the t300 a wedge stage monitor shape cab.
They do sound nice being a co-ax and all that point source mellarky and no one has done this style speaker for longer than tannoy.

T12 is a wedge shape, I use 4 of them for monitors! They aren't the same power handling. The T12 is 200W/400W/800W and the T300 is 300W/600W/1200W. However the T300 is more sensitive than the T12, so goes quite a bit louder. It has a wider dispersion, 90 degrees compared to 60 degrees. The T300 is a bit bigger and heavier. I think thats it.

I think you need at least 10 points (ie posts) to enable the option to upload directly to the forum - presumably that's to prevent spam. Once you have those points, you can upload by hitting the relevant button in the post editor. /this first button takes you to the Full editor:

Then this one lets you do the upload:

However, the forum software does compress images, so if you want high quality this isn't always the best option.

Otherwise, you can host on an external site like imgur which I've used for that example above and paste the bbcode for the images into your post to make the pics show up here.
