Yup a clone one but as powerful as the original, 2350w rms/ch at 8ohms. Ran  4 186 (sd18el) a side 2ohms not a problem, lot of bass.

Sorry to post another picture of the rack and this is mainly for the attention of sinfinity and andyamp, but also for anyone else interested.

This was taken in honiton motel for a hard dance night, just before we had to turn the amps down. We had noise complaints when the system was running with no VU meter lights what so ever. The bass was mainly the problem, XP5000 running 2.66ohm per channel running 3K of bass per channel. Every time we got a flicker of a VU led we had a phone call from the local residents who live 70m down the road.

On this topic, the resident called environmental health, to which the reply was "we are unable to come out to deal with your complaint until tuesday morning" which is when the resident took it upon themselves to call the venue directly instead!

What's with the amp levels set differently, this should be sorted out with the LMS should it not?

Last night i was getting complaints before i hit any leds on my K6, does that make me better? Wink

The UKP1300 was running compressions in mono on one channel, and monitor on the other channel. We always keep our amp cut back for compression drivers like that.

And I'd say it doesn't make you better or worse, just ultimately as good

Fair enough, do you notice any issues running comps in mono but in stereo stacks?

As they were in a mono stack it is fine. Ran mids at 8ohm but amp on mono on the 2100x.

If we run stereo stacks we run it stereo jon, come on... I aint that much of a cowboy!

Anyone ever nuked a laptop hard drive by leaving it on an amp? I'm very wary of this (my PC lives in a separate rack to my amps on the other side of the room!) but i've never heard of anything bad happening in real life...

Top rack just does 4 x 18's (600w Fanes) and 15 +1, RCF plus DJ Monitors. Pub rig.
Sometimes the Crown get's swapped out for one of the igger ones if it's younsters, but for wedding/normal the underpowered route is more than enough.

The other rack is work in progress. The idea is 4 x 186 4r drivers in (not made my mind up) then upwards...I have funny felling I'm going to end up in scoop world....Confused
Having said that it's all for sale if need be, stuff comes and goes.

that's the basement you're on about jay. i've only been there a few times but the rig downstairs is just driven silly hard by DJs from what i can see.

the upstairs which the pictured rack is for has 4 air motion and 4 stasys X.. out in the bar has a couple of air motion.. the monitors on the stage are viper tops i think, there's some viper subs sprinkled round the bar... that amp rack probably does all that stuff?
