Just looking at parameters tells you it will be ok, but not great.

BL = good,
Vas = stiff suspension, so will have good control at high power,  but low extension will be average,
Fs/qes = not ideal for horns, but will still work,
Xmax=probably lies, but should still be at least 10mm.

Qes & No = not very efficient.

Above specs indicate that driver will sound much warmer/deeper than the Faital, and also much more sensitive.

How ever, low Xmax and Mid BL tell you it won't take that much power in 186 Horn.

Can you not get hold of Fane drivers where you are?

Fane 18-1000 might be serious driver in that cab.

Can you get RCF?
Think they have a few drivers suitable for the 186 horn, heard a stack of 4 last summer and it was brutal! loaded with RCF for sure but don't remember the exact model.
The RCF's are around the 250/350 euro and availability should be good.
