Did a search and wasn't able to find anything on this.

Does anyone know the easiest way to determine whether a C-Audio 606 has been upgraded to a 707?

Thanks in advance.

There are a number of posts on other Forums about this,
try:
http://www.blue-room.org.uk/lofiversion/index.php/t15826.html

try measuring the output voltage of one channel using a sinewave input into an 8ohms load just below the level of the clip led coming on,
Calculate the output Power from the Formula:
Voltage (AC Volts) squared, divided by the load resistance (Ohms), equals Power (Watts)

Compare this measured power output to your user manual or other posts on these amps to see which one you have

Hope this helps
Mik
