Wattsfest 10, 3 main stages, all equipment power sound and lighting provided by stage engage hire. I was working there all weekend here is some of the pictures of the stages!
Main stage FOH mix position - note to fuzzylogic and corticyte: alan aka adam bonners tent
Our own backlash sound system sub hired in on marquee stage, that is stage left stack
Our stage
flightcases for mic stands and cables - oh and half a fluid pallet of local cider right beside amp world stage right...
Main stage, note EV Xline line array ground stacked (not ideal apparantly this wasn't what was meant to be subhired in.
marquee stage at night, crowd spilled out of the marquee they had to take the walls off.
same stage, amp world stage right again.
More pics to come! Oh, and 2 things -
1. Yes our tops were arrayed AND tilted and it sounded fine once again,
2. 90% of the acts were live music - thunder ridge I have just found out is beautiful on live music

A lot of people commented either asking us who the turbosound subs were, or where are our own subs. Silly people.
I honestly don't know what Saul is on about, I don't understand the bits in the black and silver box things with lights, I just turn every knob up until its loud innit

FOH mix position as avolites was going in last minute.
Dance stage (geodome) only stage left stack, same on the right - WS218x and WS18x with W8c on top.
Don't attach light shades to festoons like this - I got electrocuted trying to change a bulb - we let festy sort these out BIG MISTAKE!
A clearer picture of all the 'bits' in the boxes.

If those are the same green LEDs used in the Infinite X range then as long as the amp's turned on you've eliminated the need for rack strip lights or similar. In fact, I think my retinas are still burnt from the last time I fired ours up.

They aren't that bright. I thought voids were blue? The leds need changing anyway possibly all andy had in at the time.

Think those were early versions, green and pink on production amps same as the Mk2 range. And if they aren't that bright to you I think your vision is already too far gone to care

Two questions, why is the top DCX upside down and what is the blank UKPx? No labels and no lights?

2 answers - the rack case it was 'moving into' was still being used so was removed and tossed back in there (and I was wandering how long it would take for someone to notice) and 2 its a ukp2100x same as the other one! It does have lights just no panel print.

The grills do look good mate, thinking about getting some done for the hogs and novas. How much per foam prey tell?
I also thinnk you should have gone for grills on the tops as although the tops do look nice it does make them look a little untidy.
All or nothing I reckon.
Well done though... spoke to colin (billy's old man) today and he was well impressed with it all.

I dunno billy unless you mean billy stage manager billy?
We don't have any grills? The foam was £57 from markie but I don't think he has a lot left I don't think he is doing it much longer. And, we were happy how the tops looked, when they had wierd alice in wonderland beanstalk wierd flower type decor everywhere around our stacks it just made it that even more weirder.

Er, yes.... if there wasn't the foam they'd still put their foot through it anyway. The foam was fine all weekend didn't have to re-arrange it the whole time we were there.
