Hi,
What do you think about http://www.ciare.com/pdf/Progetti/MyProfessionalSpeaker/pr0310.pdf - this project?
I'm thinking 2 of these with 2 MTH-30.

I think you'd be better of with the design below?
I've built some of these! nice little cabs but although I've kept the eighteen sound horn I've changed the drivers!
I've used the P-audio 600watt 10" neo driver (SN-10MB) and a b & c comp, if you go this route then if you want to upgrade your system in the future all you need to do is add more bass & a bigger amp on the top cabs.

sorry forgot to add link to the plans!

the drivers are cheaper than the eighteen sound and the crossover will cope too!

Thanks for the fast reply, but why your project would be better (Actually i didn't see any plans)?

Apologies I forgot to add the link? (been a long day) Now added above!

simply because they handle more power will be lighter due to the neo drivers & have a better dispersion and also the fact I've heard these!

they make an awful lot of noise for a small cab and sound quite good on there own too!
a pair of these and 4 x MTH30's would sound very nice.

Ok ive found the plans. 😃 I wonder if this design still holds up today.. colint can you remember if you modified the slot port and crossover much? The TS parameters of the p-audio are the 18sound are reasonably different.
