Hi all,
Was looking for some plans to build flightcase amp racks, but with sliding doors, or removable doors that store in the sides or tops of the racks.
Just looking for solutions to reduce the time I spend looking for space to store all those rack covers, then going to get them and covering up after the gig again.
Thanks,
Sheldon

Rack covers don't take up much space at all. And I store mine under my bed at home so they don't take up space.

Sliding door racks are more for install use, as they can get broken easily. Especially the glass ones.

But you can get flightcases with hinged metal doors on the back that stay attached to the flightcase and a normal removable cover at the front.

Something like this:

you could have at the back and front of the case.

Penn Fabrication and Adam Hall sell those plus the rack rails and all the other stuff.

And the rack plans are here:

Store them underneath Toxic's bed.  Problem solved.
