will a driver still work even though its knackerd? i tested a tweeter with a multieter and it showed continuity, i put it back together and it sounds different to the other one, the internal x-over is slightly different but im not sure if its this that is making the difference, also whilst on the subject i tried to blow a car sub i had knocking about earlier but i didnt wanna harm my amp so i stopped when it started heavily clipping and making horrible sounds, even tho the driver still kinda works it smoked like a bitch and doesnt sound very healthy, have i just burned the vc and not fully blown the driver?
