Hi Matt Don't know if Look Solutions have a UK distributor/service centre but I was supplied a very comprehensive service manual by Smoke factory UK for my Tour Hazer which details test procedure and expected results etc for most faults. Maybe Look have a similar document. Maybe the SF manual would help you, I keep hearing how the machines are very similar.
