Got a poorly Samson Servo 120a. It still works & sounds fine, but the signal meters show a -12dB signal even when there is no signal & the big resistors R55 & R56 on the PCB to the right of the transformer start baking within seconds of turning on. I imagine if I tried running it for more than 30 seconds or so they would die.

Any ideas what it could be?

Bottom of the PCB in question, with the hot resistors circled. As far as I can tell this PCB hosts both the power supply & the right channel components, and the resistors are just before the 3 wires that carry power to the left channel PCB.
