what should i look out for parameter wise to go well with the x1

a high BL is good apparently

anything else?

just use winisd and plot different drivers

Maybe time you learnt? WinISD isn't that difficult really and it's very useful once you know how to model simple cabs.

Another way is to look at drivers that people have used successfully eg SD18, B&C TBX100 etc and see what sort of parameters they have. Low resonance, long excursion, high BL etc etc....
