You might need to give folks a bit more detail of what you want, especially how high you need to play.
Plenty 1x15 kick bins like HD15 out there that will do the lower part of the range if that's all you need but it gets a lot harder if you want to go further up into the mids.

its for a 4 way stack so anything that will play well in the range of 60-200hz, I might end up using the hd15 but I wanna see what else there is.

It will always come down to what you think is Mid. If you were talking about a reflex cab, then the bass speaker in the cab will or should reach its upper limits. However, the fact that you said "Horn" really relegates the cab to upper bass duties. Also baring in mind, there aren't really any 15" mid speakers made these days. If you are happy with the cab doing the lower mid up to 120-150hz, then there will horns that will do this without sounding honky.

An old 4560 (plenty of plans for them online) can be used as a mid horn, but as Tony says, the problem is finding a modern 15" driver that will work as a mid.....

What freq range does this classic design cover comfortably?
Is it mid to long throw?

200Hz means strait horn. Not a folded one.

Ask Mr. Cubo he has a 15" design for kick duty I think 80-200hz.
Contact him, he will help you for sure.

PD153ER excellent mid in a reflex. Not sure how they would fare in a horn tho.

The 4560 type boxes (including the Altec varients) are horn-loaded above about 160hz, to about a half-octave above the driver's mass corner (800hz max).

"200Hz means strait horn. Not a folded one"

A bifurcated horn with only one gentle bend should be fine.

How low do you think this huge dual 15 straight horn will go?

.
If you expect to use it down to 60hz it will need to be even larger.
